PolyCon Awarded BIL-funded QVL for ATO Support

PolyCon was recently awarded as a qualified vendor for the Air Traffic Organization’s (ATO) District Project Coordination and Engineer Project Oversight Contract Support effort. This acquisition is funded through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Through it we are able to expand our Engineering and Project Management offerings to the FAA by providing skilled District Project Coordinators, Project Oversight Engineers, Project Analysts, and Schedulers.

PolyCon Awarded eFAST MOA

PolyCon has been awarded as a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) holder under the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST). As an MOA holder, PolyCon is qualified and eligible to participate in the procurement process for the Business Administration & Management (BAM) functional area which covers activities in Accounting/Budgeting/Finance, Acquisition/Procurement, Administrative Management, General Management, Office Management, Training etc.

PolyCon has been awarded a 3-year prime contract supporting the FAA’s Facility Security Risk Management (FSRM) Program. The scope of work includes program management; acquisition management support; financial management support; implementation and integration support of financial systems; automation support; internal organizational review assessment support; and security certification and accreditation program support to FAA programs.

FAA Awards Leidos Potential $1.7B Contract to Continue Nat’l Airspace System Modernization Support

Leidos has announced that it will continue to help the FAA integrate and implement National Airspace System modernization programs under a follow-on contract worth potentially $1.76B over 10 years. The NAS Integration Support Contract IV indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a four-year base period and a pair of three-year options. As a subcontractor to Leidos in this effort, PolyCon looks forward to continuing our partnership in support of the flying public.

PolyCon Awarded Aviation Weather Sensor Support Contract

We have been awarded a 4-year prime contract supporting the FAA’s Aviation Weather Sensor Group (AJM-331). The support tasks include program management, acquisition management support, financial management support, implementation and integration support of financial systems, automation support, internal organizational review assessment support, and technical engineering support to FAA programs. Rachel Hier named Director of Programs

Rachel Hier has been named Director of Programs within PolyCon Solutions.  She will be responsible for management and execution of all program offerings. Rachel brings over 25 years of federal acquisition experience spanning both military and federal agencies. As a Director in this capacity, Rachel will provide oversight through the preparation and audit of contract documents as well as lead internal training efforts. Kathy Simpkins, PolyCon Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer, said, “Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership, technical versatility, and keen business acumen over the course of her successful career.  I am pleased to welcome her to this important new role!”

Kathy Simpkins appointed as Chief Operating Officer

PolyCon Solutions has expanded its executive team by appointing Kathy Simpkins as Chief Operating Officer. Kathy has over 15 years of experience in acquisition program management, government consulting, program development and execution, and business operations. She brings valuable leadership to PolyCon’s executive team during a period of rapid growth. As COO, Kathy will lead operations and direct the company’s finance and administrative functions.
